Now it will snow by the end of the week

I don’t know what makes me happier, the fact that we planted a garden or that my husband is wearing the Mario Batali Crocs I got him for Christmas last year.
This box has cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, beets, onions, eggplant and butternut squash.  Yay!

Another five dollars! OR: Supernanny, a play in three acts

On Saturday night, Rob grilled some pizza and then we settled in for a fabulous Saturday night of watching Supernanny.  Debauchery and craziness, bitches.
Now, like most people who watch Supernanny, especially those without children, we like to get all Judgey McJudgerson about what morons the parents are. *  Things like “I can’t believe she gave [...]

Morning Walk

Note that these [...]

Bad blogger. Very bad blogger!

I have been very lazy about blogging lately.  Part of it I blame on actually being busy – with work, with unpacking wedding gifts and writing thank you notes, sorting through all the pictures, keeping up with the laundry, catching [...]

Coincidence?

Today, I am actually being required to use my brain at work.  I wonder if it’s a coincidence that I have a enormous headache and everything in my being is demanding a Diet Coke RIGHT NOW.   Methinks a caffeinated beverage is required to lube up the hamster wheel that is the left side of my [...]

Embarrassing Post: Music Edition

The other day I was in the process of importing all of my music into iTunes so that I could sync it up with my brand-spanking-new iPod.  (I heart this thing so much, by the way.  I listened/sort of watched 24 yesterday when I was walking the dogs and it was everything I thought it [...]
